The values layer for the Muslim internet
Two billion Muslims are online with no safety brand built for them. The major VPNs sell privacy and stop there. HalalVPN adds the layer families actually pray for: filtering in seven haram categories, profiles for every member and a dashboard for parents, inside one subscription.

A global market with an empty seat
Privacy is a crowded shelf. Values based family safety for the largest faith community on earth is not a shelf at all yet. HalalVPN is built to own it.
Total market
Global consumer VPN and family safety spending. Families already pay for privacy; the values layer rides on a proven willingness to subscribe.
Serviceable market
Some 120M values aligned households and users, about ten percent of the 1.2B Muslims online today, in markets where subscription payments work.
Long term target
1.2M subscribers, one percent of the serviceable segment, at a blended 57 dollars a year. A first milestone, not a ceiling.

Start where the pain is loudest: parents. A VPN is a utility. A guard for your children's eyes is a duty. Duties retain.

Masjids, schools, creators and family word of mouth carry trust that ads cannot buy. Our go to market is built on partnerships first, community always.

The same trusted audience is the launchpad for a family of products: institutions next, then the wider portfolio of faith aligned apps from the same house.
Live on both stores, growing organically
The app shipped with zero paid marketing. Every number below came from the stores and from community sharing.
App Store Connect data to October 26, 2026. Android launched October 2026, with store reporting from November. Most people meet HalalVPN through the free hours inside every download, and that is where usage concentrates today: a growing free audience, acquired at zero marketing cost. The raise builds the fleet and the conversion engine that turns that audience into subscribers.
Subscriptions with a conscience, and the math to match
Individual at 44.99 a year, Family at 79.99, Institutions at 499 per site. Monthly plans are priced high on purpose, the pattern the category leaders use to sell annual plans.
| Investor model | Year 1 | Year 2 | Year 3 | Year 4 | Year 5 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Revenue | $265K | $1.08M | $2.06M | $3.17M | $4.71M |
| Paying subscribers | 10.0K | 27.5K | 43.0K | 64.0K | 93.7K |
| Gross margin | 50% | 58% | 64% | 69% | 73% |
| EBITDA | −$410K | −$181K | +$143K | +$307K | +$544K |
The model reaches monthly profitability in month 23, with a lowest cash point of 396K dollars along the way and a Year 5 revenue run rate of 5.6M dollars. Projections come from the current investor model; forward looking statements are plans, not guarantees.
Where the 1M dollars goes
Marketing and growth, 430K. Partnerships with masjids, schools and creators, community campaigns around Ramadan and the Eids, and disciplined paid testing once organic channels prove out.
Product and engineering, 310K. The fix and hardening programme, the parent dashboard, desktop apps and the institutions tier.
Servers and audit, 190K. A fleet growing toward twenty countries on proven hosts, plus the independent security audit and penetration testing that make our privacy claims provable.
Legal and Shariah, 70K. Separate incorporation, insurance, aligned legal documents and a formal Shariah board charter.
Enterprise delivery, telecom engineering and VPN growth
The founder spent two decades in enterprise quality assurance, breaking software for a living. HalalVPN is being built to survive exactly that scrutiny, and its security gaps are being closed in the open, before scale.
